Team Management

Invite team members to assist you in setting up and managing your Bazaar with ease. They’ll have limited access—so no worries, your personal info stays totally in your control!

Your team members are allowed to

  1. Add, Edit or Delete Products

  2. Add, Edit or Delete Posts

  3. Add, Edit or Delete Collections

  4. Access the Bazaar Health and Status Page

     

Your team members are NOT allowed to

  1. Add, Edit or Delete your Display Photo

  2. Add or Edit your Store Handle

  3. Add, Edit or Delete your Display Name

  4. Add, Edit or Delete your Store Name

  5. Add, Edit or Delete your Bio

  6. Add, Edit or Delete your Expertise Categories

  7. Link or De-Link any Social Media Account

Adding a Team Member

  1. Once you've logged in, click on the Team Management tab in the left panel, or alternatively, navigate to app.batoninc.com/storebuilder/team

  2. Scroll to the bottom and click on Add a Teammate

  3. Provide their Email and select the Role. Currently, we support only the Team Member role

  4. Click Send Invite

  5. Your team member will receive an invitation at the email address provided. Once they accept the invite (as long as it's not expired), they’ll be directed to a page to complete their details. Once submitted, they’ll be added to your team and gain restricted access to the platform.

If an invitation has expired, just follow the steps to re-add the teammate, and the expired invite will be automatically updated.

Delete a Pending Invite

  1. Once you've logged in, click on the Team Management tab in the left panel, or alternatively, navigate to app.batoninc.com/storebuilder/team

  2. Scroll to the bottom to the Invites section

  3. Click on the trash icon for the invite you wish to delete.
